US Sports and Apparel makes every effort to produce your order in a fast and efficient manner. For decorated orders, please allow up to fifteen (15) business days from the time you place your order for your items to be available. For online stores with a close date or countdown, order fulfillment of up to fifteen (15) business days begins AFTER the store closes and/or countdown expires.
Shipping: For all shipped orders you will receive a notification upon shipment. US Sports and Apparel uses multiple carriers in an effort to get your order to you as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
Delivery: For some items delivery is available. In these cases, you will receive a notification once your delivery is scheduled.
Pickup: Occasionally stores have the option for order pickup. If so, you will receive a notification once your items are available.
For School/Program distribution all products/orders will be delivered to the School/Program for distribution.
